Heat a large nonstick saute pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add in two tablespoons of grapeseed oil and one teaspoon of sesame oil.
  4. Add the Gyoza in a single layer into the pan, flat-side-down. Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom of the Gyoza turns golden brown.Add a 1/4 cup of warm water to the pan. Immediately cover the pan with the lid, and steam the Gyoza for 3 minutes (or until the water evaporates). Remove the lid, and let the Gyoza crisp up for 2 minutes. Repeat the process until all of the Gyoza are cooked.
  5. PREPARING THE SAUCE In a small bowl, mix together the dipping sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, and garlic chili paste). Reserve.
