- Melt butter over medium heat cook shrimp until pink, set aside and cover once done
- Heat oil in large dutch oven until shimmering
- Brown chicken on all sides set aside and cover once done
- Cook sausage set aside and cover with chicken when done
- Prep noodles
- Add onion pepper and red pepper flakes to dutch oven and cook for 10 minutes
- Add cajun seasoning and flour heat for 1 minute
- Slowly stir and whisk chicken stock to avoid clumps
- Increase heat and boil for 1 minute
- Reduce heat to simmer and add heavy cream and velveeta to melt
- Add chicken sausage and noodles. Stir to coat evenly
- Add shrimp, green onions, parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve.
