- Crush the croutons inside a napkin or place bread crumbs on a napkin. Pick up stuffed bell pepper and with meat facing down tap the napkin to pick up bread crumbs or crushed croutons. Then place bell pepper face up back into cooking pan.
- Drizzle some olive oil on top of prepared bell peppers, add 1/2 cup water to bottom of cooking pan and cover with foil. If you have left over mix place in a smaller baking dish.
- Place in oven for 35 mins. Then remove foil and finish baking for 10 mins.
