- Salmon
- Cucumber

- Making The Rice
- Add rice to bowl and rinse 4 times in cold water until clear
Instructions to make to make Sushi
- Add 4 cups rice in a bowl. Add cold water, mix gently with fingers and drain the water. Repeat three more times until the water becomes clear. Drain and then add 4 more cups cold water and let stand for 30 minutes to swell up the rice.
- While rice is standing, mix rice vinegar, salt and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Drain water from rice after standing and add 4 cups water and bring to a boil in large pot. Reduce heat and let simmer a additional 20 minutes. Remove from heat and gently add the vinegar mixture to the rice. Once mixed, let set for one hour to cool off
- Making The Sushi Rolls
