- Then add all the roasted ingredients with crushed nuts.mix well and roast for at least 5 minutes
- Turn the flame off and let it cool for only 7 to 8 minutes.because if its too hot and it will melt down the sugar so we are not making pieces or laddoos so we need to just mix the sugar well to keep the panjiri in powder form.
